You seep into the crack of the waning moon’s darkness, as Pisces season begins its descent towards the black new moon. Endings are bittersweet, as you can savor what has come before, knowing that it will never be once again. The trick, according to the wisdom of the moon, is to disseminate what has evolved up to this point, a piece of fruit just about to go bad. Eat it, pass it on, but for heaven’s sake, don’t live in your past glory days that have been so sweet.
Aries, Born 3/21-4/19: Venus and Mercury are about to enter you, the ram, so be prepared to have love on the mind, and judiciously apply how you will act on Eros’ impulses.
Taurus, Born 4/20-5/20: A charging bull is considered fortunate in the stock market, but your life isn’t a stock market. Long term, stoic wisdom and strategy, and cautious change and optimism will yield you the best results. Because you are gifted with the beautiful, bounty of the earth, adding the mind to your matter can only bring great success.
Gemini, Born 5/21-6/20: There’s been a lot of emphasis on partnerships of all kinds for you, but you need to guard you own inner flame and hearth. Though your curiosity can launch you to the greatest heights, it doesn’t mean much it you don’t have a place to safely land.
Cancer, Born 6/21-7/22: You go far by feeling your way into the future and holding onto that emotive protective thread. However, nurturing and valuing a slightly more dramatic posture will get you to where you want to go much sooner than you thought possible.
Leo, Born 7/23-8/22: Make sure as the creative dramatist that you nurture yourself as you move ahead into the future. Basking in the sun, of whom you embody, is perhaps more powerful than roaring ahead.
Virgo, Born 8/23-9/22: Along with Gemini, who shares your ruler, Mercury, partnerships are also being emphasized for you right now. Know that there are many numinous, magical persons who love and want to help you, but you must realize and transcend the pain of those who have let you down. Lifting the burdens upon yourself is the key to your success, and life.
Libra, Born 9/23-10/22: The island goddesses MakeMake and Haumea have been moving through you, and are now retrograding—an introverted, internal motion. The moon has just highlighted them and emphasizes a request to get down to earth a bit. Though you must sit in your airy, deliberative perch to judge the harvest that comes before you, getting down to earth and appreciating the origins of the gifts that come before you will make you an even more powerful Lady Justice.
Scorpio, Born 10/23-11/21: The moon is waning down through you this week, and though you deal in the background trafficking of wills, inheritances, and all things other people, you can rejoice in the knowledge that if you apply your shrewd intuition and depth to the situations coming before you, with belief and optimism, you will triumph.
Sagittarius, Born 11/22-12/21: You must be loving the energy and verve Mars imbues in you, having been moving through your sign. As with several of the other signs, however, Vesta, the guardian of the hearth, is asking you to guard your own inner flame, as she joins up with Mars. The moon will highlight this mid-week and will bring this message to a head if not addressed.
Capricorn, Born 12/22-1/19: The moon will reach you by week’s end, highlighting the change and subsequent structure you have been implementing. It’s been a slow go, but Mars will soon help you re-energize when he moves into your sign in a couple of weeks.
Aquarius, Born 1/20-2/18: For a sign so fixated on the future, your karma is holding you in the past. Try to split the difference between honoring you past experiences, and how they inform you, while dramatically moving onto the future you envision.
Pisces, Born 2/19-3/20: Yet again, it’s magic for you. However, make sure you have a logical mind to help keep you in bounds, ideally a Virgo.
